Matki Sprouts Bhel 🌱

Steam matki sprouts for 10–12 minutes and let them cool.

In a bowl, add:
1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, a handful of coriander, 1–2 green chillies, and 1 grated carrot.

Add the cooled 1 cup sprouts and mix.

Now add:
1 tbsp green chutney + 1 tbsp tamarind chutney (adjust to taste),
1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp red chilli powder, salt as needed, and juice of 1 lemon.

Finish with 2 cups puffed rice and sev (optional but recommended for crunch).

Mix well and enjoy!
