Bulking Blueberry Muffin Shake:

1 cup whole milk

1 cup frozen blueberries

½ cup heavy cream

½ cup ice cream

½ tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp walnuts

½ cup ice

Cutting Blueberry Muffin Shake:

Macros: 366Cal, 40gP, 37gC, 5gF (calculated using Kalo app)

1 cup almond milk

1 cup frozen blueberries

½ cup (120g) 0% Greek yogurt (I used Oikos for their creamy texture and taste)

1 tbsp honey

½ tsp cinnamon

½ tsp vanilla extract

½ cup ice

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!

Best consumed immediately. Store leftovers in fridge for 1 day max.
