hi guys… welcome to my cooking show, i’m attempting to make banana bread! here’s the recipe:
1 1/4 cups mashed up bananas (MAKE SURE THEYRE SUPER RIPE or it won’t be sweet),
2 eggs,
1/4 teaspoon salt,
1/2 teaspoon mixed spice (or cinnamon),
1 teaspoon baking soda or bicarb,
2 cups whole wheat flour,
1 tbsp of flax seed,
1/2 cup of greek yoghurt,
1 tsp vanilla extract,
1/3 cup maple syrup,
1/4 cup melted coconut oil.
pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius, put baking paper in tray and spray sides with oil, basically blend up the wet ingredients, mix it with the dry, pop it in a bread tin, cook for 55mins – boom, bobs your uncle n you got some healthy banana bread 🙂
