I changed Mozarella for Gruyere as the first is very heavy and not so healthy. The bread is not so cheesy-gummy but is good and healthier.
BREADSTICKS DOUGH
1 1/2 cups Gruyere cheese or other
1 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup almond flour
3 tbsp coconut flour
1 large egg
TOPPINGS
1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 tsp finely chopped parsley
