Serves : 5 DOSAI
1. Ragi flour – 2 cups
2. Big onion – 1 finely chopped
3. Curry leaves – 2 strings ( chopped )
4. Coriander leaves – 2 tbsps
5. Red chilli – 2 ( chopped )
6. Salt – 1/2 tsp
7. Water – 1 cup ( add little by little )
8. Oil – 2 tsp ( per DOSAI )
👉 Serve with coconut chutney or tomato chutney
