HOW TO MAKE SPROUTED MOONG?
1. Wash moong and soak it overnight.
2. Place the soaked moong in a strainer over a bowl and cover with a lid.
3. Sprinkle water every 12 hours.
4. Place the bowl in a warm location and leave overnight.
5. After 2 days, you’ll have sprouts.
