Ingredients :-
1. Broccoli
2. Beet root
3. Carrot
4. Beans
5. Lemon
6. Sweet corn
7. Sprouts
8. Lettuce
9. Capsicum
10. Red bell papper
11. Black papper
12. Black salt
Steps:
1. Wash all vegetables thoroughly.
2. Chop broccoli, beetroot, carrot, beans, capsicum, and red bell pepper into small bite-sized pieces.
3. Add all the chopped vegetables along with sweet corn and sprouts into a steamer.
4. Steam for about 5–8 minutes until slightly tender but still crunchy.
5. Turn off the heat and transfer to a bowl.
6. Add fresh lettuce.
7. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the vegetables.
8. Sprinkle black pepper and black salt as per taste.
9. Toss everything gently and serve hot.
