Republic Day Special | Tricolour Healthy Cake | पौष्टिक तिरंगी केक | Spongy Cake

Ingredients :

Each egg should weigh approx. 40-45 grams means,
● 125 gm (3 Eggs)
● 125 gm Wheat Flour / Maida
● 125 gm Ghee
● 125 gm Sugar
● 1 Tsp Baking Powder
● 1 Tsp Vanilla essence

Method :

● Take kadhai/Baking Bowl and put Sand / Salt in it, keep it heating on lowest flame for 15 Min
●Take another bowl, Strain together Flour and Baking Powder
● Grind/ Beat Sugar and Egg for 5-10 min, Until it gets fluffy and smooth.
(During this stage air is incorporated. The Egg should turn pale yellow)
●Add Ghee in that mixture.
● Now gradually add flour & Baking Powder mixture.
● Add Vanilla essence and mix.
● Grease cake mould with Ghee Then sprinkle some flour on it and spread the flour and place butter paper on it.
● Now pour the cake mixture into this Cake mould.
● And bake the mixture on medium flame for around 45-50 min.
● insert toothpick and take out immediately, if toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean, Consider ‘Its Done..!’
● Cool the cake in pan for 10-15 min.
● Take out the cake, by keeping cake mould upside down
● Ready to serve
