Recipe 👇
🌪️Blend 150g curd/120g Greek yogurt/100g Skyr with
✅ 1 tsp of chia seeds, soaked in 1/2 cup water for 10 mins
✅ 7-8 curry leaves
✅ A large handful of mint leaves
✅ 1/2 green chilli finely chopped
✅ Black salt & chat masala to taste
Serve on ice.
Why this works?
Yogurt = protein + probiotics → keeps you full
Chia = fiber → steady energy, better digestion
Mint = cooling & hydrating
