Hello, here’s one of the ways you can use up some of your pumpkin guts this Halloween. We’re a (close to) zero waste family and want to help others get closer to minimising their waste. This recipe is delicious and very easy to make. My children love it and eat it with butter on for breakfast, dessert or just as a snack.
Pumpkin on its own is rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, making it an incredibly healthy food to eat. It also gas a low calorie content and its nutrients and antioxidants may boost your immune system, protect your eyesight, lower your risk of certain cancers and promote heart and skin health. Pumpkin is very versatile and easy to add to your diet in both sweet and savory dishes.
Let me know what you think of it and if you give it a go send me a photo of your finished pumpkin bread. Thanks for watching.
