1-1.5 lbs diced chicken breast
Seasoned well with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, garlic + herb seasoning, salt + pepper, olive oil, fresh garlic (pressed) and juice of half a lemon.
Marinate for 15-20 minutes. Heat a skilllet and cook til golden. About 10 minutes. Deglaze the skillet with the other half of lemon. Remove from heat.
Heat a can of garbanzo beans.
Heat a bag of cooked rice. Or make your own rice.
I used cilantro + lime, pre-cooked organic rice today.
Chop cucumber, red onion, tomato, parsley, feta cheese and top it all off with Italian dressing or vinaigrette.
Use the toppings of your choice!
