Super delicious Aloo Vegetable Sandwich 🥪

Ingredients:
• Bread slices 🍞
• Boiled potatoes 🥔
• Oil
• Jeera
• Green chilli 🌶️
• Coriander powder
• Salt 🧂
• Fresh coriander (optional)
• Butter 🧈
• Tomato ketchup 🍅
• Green chutney (optional)
• Tomato slices 🍅
• Onion slices 🧅
• Cucumber slices 🥒
• Capsicum slices 🫑

Recipe:

1. Boil potatoes and prepare the masala using oil, jeera, green chilli, coriander powder, salt & coriander.
2. Apply butter on one bread slice and ketchup/chutney on the other.
3. Add potato masala and all fresh veggies.
4. Toast on tawa with butter until both sides turn golden brown & crispy.
