Ingredients (सामग्री):
Oats: 1 Cup

Cooking Oil: As required

Tempering (Tadka): Cumin seeds (Jeera), Mustard seeds (Rai), Fresh Curry leaves

Chopped Vegetables: French Beans, Carrots, Cauliflower, Tomatoes

Lentils: A small portion of Moong Dal

Spices: Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, Garam masala, Kashmiri Red Chili powder, Salt (to taste)

Water: 4 to 5 Cups

Garnish: Fresh Coriander leaves

Method at a Glance:
Heat oil and prepare a crackling tadka with cumin, mustard, and curry leaves.

Roast the oats on low flame until aromatic.

Mix in your favorite veggies and Moong dal.

Add the spices and sauté briefly to lock in the flavors.

Add water, cover, and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until perfectly cooked.

Finish with fresh coriander and serve hot!
