Looking for a Quick & Healthy High Protein Breakfast✨💛 These Crispy soya tikkis are super satisfying ,flavourful and perfect for busy mornings . Made with simply ingredients and very little oil , this breakfast keeps you full longer and tastes absolutely delicious 😋
Ingredients:
• Boiled soyabean
• Homemade paneer
• Oregano
• Chilli flakes
• Salt
• Chaat masala
• Fresh coriander & green chilli
• Little oil
Method:
Boil the soyabeans and cook until all the water dries out completely. Let them cool down.
Grind the soyabeans with fresh coriander and green chilli.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add homemade paneer, salt, chaat masala, oregano and chilli flakes.
Mix everything well and shape the mixture into tikkis.
Spray a little oil on a tawa and cook the tikkis from both sides until golden brown and crispy.
Your healthy high protein breakfast is ready ✨
Serve hot with green chutney, ketchup or curd dip and enjoy 😍🤍
