In Today’s Busy Schedule , keeping a good balance between our work and health has become a sort of challenge.
But to make things a bit easy for us i have come up with a sandwich recipe which would make a great breakfast and keep you full and provide you with enough carbs that would supply you a good amount of energy until you have your next meal.

Recipe for Veg Sandwich :
Ingredients:
4 slices of Bread
Butter,
mayonnaise,
Curd,
Cream,
Finely Chopped Cucumber,
Finely Chopped Onion,
Finely Chopped Tomato,
Finely Chopped Green Chilli,
Black pepper powder,
Black Salt
Procedure:
Cut the sides of bread slices. Take a small bowl, add chopped onion,cucumber,tomato and green chilli. Add a pinch of pepper and salt. Then add 1-1.5 spoon of curd and cream.. Give it a good mix.
Now our sandwich filling is ready.. Take bread slices ,spread butter (optional) over bread and finally spread the veg mix over the bread slice.. Then place another bread over this..Keep aside.
Repeat the procedure to make mayonnaise sandwich..Only substitute mayonnaise in place of curd and cream..Give a good mix and place within the two bread slices.
Now put little bit butter on Pan . Place sandwiches on pan..Let it cooked from both sides. Now our healthy and tasty breakfast is ready to eat..
