Packing daycare snacks every day can feel like a lot, so this week I filmed 5 days of what I packed for my toddler’s snacks: from homemade muffins and fruit to easy little backup snacks for busy mornings.
I try to keep his snacks mostly homemade, simple, and made with real ingredients, but I also like having a few convenient packaged options on hand for the days when we’re rushing out the door.
This week’s toddler daycare snacks included:
Monday: Healthy cheesecake protein bites with strawberries
Tuesday: Our regular snack combo: strawberries, a homemade banana strawberry chia muffin from the freezer, and veggie flour crackers
Wednesday: Leftover banana pancakes with cream cheese, watermelon, and seed-oil-free cassava chips
Thursday: Organic cheddar cheese with blueberries, a spinach banana muffin, and cheddar crackers for an easy afternoon crunch
Friday: A special treat — healthy cottage cheese chocolate pudding and crackers + string cheese
Hopefully this gives you a few easy toddler snack ideas to mix things up for daycare, preschool, or busy days at home!
