Ingredients:-
Jowar flour – 1 cup
Wheat flour – 1/4 cup
Besan (Gram flour) – 1/4 cup
Rice flour – 1/4 cup
Ragi flour – 3 tbsp
Curd – 1/4 cup
Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Grated bottle gourd – 3 tbsp
Grated carrot – 3 tbsp
Onion – 3 tbsp finely chopped
Green chillies – 2 tsp chopped
Coriander leaves – 3 tbsp chopped
Curry leaves – 2 tbsp chopped
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Salt – to taste
Water – as needed
Oil or ghee – for roasting
