Banana bread!!

Don’t throw your over ripened bananas! Use them to make this instead.
Also a tea time bread thats healthy? Hell yeah!

Ingredients:
2 over ripened Bananas
1/2 cup of Jaggery Powder
A dash of Vanilla essence
1/3rd cup of Curd
2 tbsps of Oil
3/4th cup of Flour
1/3rd cup of Cocoa Powder
1/2 a tsp of Baking Soda and Baking Powder each
Salt to taste
A splash of lukewarm Milk (add as required for desired consistency)
A handful of Dark Chocolate and Chocolate Chips (optional)

Method:
1)Mash your bananas along with jaggery powder and vanilla essence. Once mixed, add in curd and oil.

2)Sieve all the dry ingredients in, fold gently, add in the dark chocolate.

3)Pour in a greased tin and top with some chocolate chips, bake for 35-40 mins in a preheated oven at 180 degree celsius or u til cooked.

Enjoy hot!! Or cold!!
