We are making TWO incredibly easy, zero-flour bread recipes: a 3-minute high-protein almond flatbread (wrap) and a fluffy, soft low-carb loaf. Both recipes require absolutely no kneading, no yeast, and no gluten. 🛒 Ingredients You’ll Need:
Almond Flatbread (Wrap):
100g almonds (or store-bought almond flour)
2 whole eggs
200ml milk (almond, coconut, or regular)
Salt to taste & optional spices
Fluffy Almond Loaf:
200g almond flour
300g Greek yogurt
2 whole eggs
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt (plus oregano, rosemary, or garlic powder if you like)
Olive oil (for greasing) & sesame seeds (for topping)
High-Protein Sandwich Filling (Bonus):
Small bunch of fresh parsley
2 eggs
Salt, black pepper & optional Parmesan cheese
Lettuce, tomatoes, or your favorite fillings (avocado, mushrooms, etc.)
