*Egg white mixture*
4 egg whites
vinegar – 1/2 tsp
sugar – 1/3 cup
*Egg yolk mixture*
4 egg yolks
1/3 cup sugar
lemon zest – 1 tsp
vanilla extract- 1/2 tbsp
*Dry ingredient mixture*
flour – 1/2 a cup
baking powder – 1/2 tsp
salt – 1/2 tsp
*Dry fruit, nuts and seeds*
dates–1/4 cup
dried berries – 1/4 cup
sesame seed – 1/2 tbsp
roasted coconut – 1/8 cup
almond – 1/8 cup
roasted sunflower seed – 1/2 tbsp
