Ingredients:

Green Gram Dhal – 1 Cup
Black Urad Dhal – 1/4 Cup
Dry Chilies – 2 nos.
Ginger – 1″ inch size
Fennel Seed – 1 tsp
Garlic – 2 nos.
Soaked Pulses
Salt – 1 tbsp
Chopped green chilies – 2 no.
Chopped Onions – 1 med sized
Few Coriander Leaves
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tbsp
Besan Flour – 2 tbsp
Required Oil for frying

Process:
– Soak the green gram dhal and black urad dhal for 8 hrs.
– Once soaked strain the water keep aside for few mins.
– In a blender, add dry chilies, ginger, garlic, soaked mixture and salt.
– Grind it coarsely and transfer to a bowl.
– In that mixture, add chopped green chilies, chopped onions, few coriander leaves, garam masala powder and besan flour.
– Mix all the ingredients to mix with each other.

Preparation:
– Heat the oil and add vadas one by one.
– If one side cooks well , flip to another side and cook.
– If that also cooked, healthy vadas are ready!
