Ingredients: 🛒

1 small red apple
1 small steamed beet
1 carrot (about 80 g)
1 teaspoon honey (5 g)
A little fresh ginger
300 ml water

Instructions: 👩‍🍳

1. Wash the apple and carrot well.
2. Cut the apple, carrot, and beet into small pieces.
3. Add everything to a blender.
4. Add the honey, ginger, and water.
5. Blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
6. Add a few ice cubes if you want it colder.
