5‑Min High Protein Soup

Creamy Zucchini & Feta

If you’re trying to lose fat but you’re always hungry, make this.

It tastes insane, takes ~10 minutes, and keeps you full because it’s high-protein and high-volume.

Ingredients (3 small serving / 2 bigger)

– 2 medium zucchini (about 400–500 g), chopped
– 2 green onions, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic (optional)
– 150 g feta
– 400 ml bone broth (or any broth)
– 300 g cottage cheese
– Handful of spinach (optional)
– Salt, pepper, chili flakes, oregano/lemon (optional)

Steps

1. Add zucchini, green onion (+ garlic) to a pot with a splash of water or broth. Add feta. Cook 10–15 min until soft.
2. Pour everything into a blender, or hand mixer, add bone broth, cottage cheese.
3. Blend until creamy. Adjust salt/pepper. Done.

– Fat: ~40 g

If you want a lower-calorie version:

use low-fat cottage cheese and/or reduce feta to 80–100 g.
