Homemade Chicken Cold Cuts

Ingredients
• 400 g chicken breast (about 14 oz)
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp Italian herbs
• salt and pepper, to taste
• 3 tbsp sparkling water

Instructions

Place the chicken breast and garlic in a blender or food processor and blend until finely minced.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the paprika, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly combined.

Add the sparkling water and mix again until the mixture becomes smooth.

Place the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper. Sprinkle a little extra seasoning on top, then roll it tightly into a log and seal the ends well so everything stays compact.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C / 400°F for about 40 minutes.

Let it cool completely before slicing.
