Today my brother Scott and I are taste testing EVERY healthy, premium frozen pizza you can buy at the grocery store, my friends. 15 pizzas, two brothers, one whiteboard, and the leaderboard locks at the end. Stick around for Scott’s reaction to a CHICKEN crust pizza that is downright unreal. And I gotta be real with y’all about what we found in those ingredient panels.

My Greek Yogurt Pizza Recipe (makes 2 pizzas)
Ingredients:
Self-Rising Flour:
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
2 ¼ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Pizza Dough:
1 cup ‘self-rising flour’
1 cup Greek yogurt
Toppings:
Marinara
8oz mozzarella cheese
Oregano
Salt
Basil for garnish
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 475F and place the pizza stone inside.
Prepare the self rising flour first, then add 1 cup of it to a stand mixer along with 1 cup of Greek yogurt. Start the mixer on medium speed, then raise it to high after it’s initially mixed. Slowly add in more of the self rising flour mixture 1 tbsp at a time til the dough forms a ball and doesn’t stick
to the bottom or sides of the bowl. Stop the mixer immediately and remove the dough.
Flour a flat even surface then place the dough and divide it in half. Roll out each of the dough balls to create 2 pizza crusts.
Top with marinara, 4oz shredded mozzarella, oregano, and salt.
Transfer 1 pizza to the pizza stone in the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is nicely melted. Repeat for the second pizza. Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy!
