This homemade high protein mousse has honestly become one of the biggest weapons in my weight loss journey. 🙂

I’ve lost more than 20kg, improved my blood pressure, boosted my energy levels, and one of the hardest parts of the process was controlling cravings at night. Most diets fail because people feel hungry all the time… but this dessert helped me stay full while still keeping my calories under control.

In this video I show exactly how I make my low calorie high protein mousse using high protein yoghurt, sugar free jelly, chia seeds, berries, pumpkin seeds and cinnamon. It’s simple, cheap, filling and perfect for intermittent fasting, calorie deficit dieting, low carb eating and high protein meal plans.

I currently follow a 19:5 fasting routine while cutting weight and meals like this help me avoid junk food, sugar cravings and late night snacking. Instead of eating ultra processed desserts, I started building meals and snacks around protein and fibre.

This recipe is:

High protein

Low calorie

Great for fat loss

Easy to make

Helps reduce cravings

Perfect for intermittent fasting

Made with real food ingredients

I also use ChatGPT to track my meals, calories and protein intake throughout the day which has completely changed how I look at food and portion sizes.

If you’re trying to lose weight, eat healthier, build a sustainable diet, or stay in a calorie deficit without starving all day… this recipe might help you more than you think.
