* Cucumber – 100g
* Green bell pepper – 100g
* Coloured bell pepper – 100g
* Tomatoes – 2–3 medium
* Red onion – ½
* Feta cheese – 50–100g (as much as you like)
* Olives – 80g
* Oregano – ½ tsp
* Salt & pepper – to taste

Dressing

* Olive oil – 2 tbsp
* Lemon juice or red wine vinegar – 1½ tbsp
* Dijon mustard – ½ tsp
* Salt & pepper – to taste
