Step-by-Step Instructions
– Boil chickpea pasta until just cooked. Drain properly and let excess moisture dry out.
– Add the pasta to an air fryer at 200°C for 18–20 minutes until crispy. Shake halfway through for even crunch.
– Transfer the crispy pasta into a container or zip bag.
– Add all the seasoning and shake well until every piece is coated properly.
– Plate it up and serve with the high-protein dip from Recipe #74.
