Valentine day healthy breakfast/ quinoa semolina upma/ porridge, this quinoa semolina upma is tradition South Indian breakfast recipe, made with semolina, quinoa and vegetables , it is wholesome tastes great with India tea, a perfect breakfast to me made on valentine day or any other day ,quinoa is good replacement for anything and everything, it makes your dish more wholesome , protein pack , it is one pot meal, easy to put together , vegan and gluten free. It is light on stomach, yet filling and satisfying, it contains twice as much fiber as in other grains, it can be packed into lunchboxes for kids or adults , it makes healthy and light meal , you can serve it with coffee, tea , chutney, podi or pickle on side to enhance the flavor.
