– Paneer (Room Temperature)
– Curd (Dahi)
– Isabgol (Psyllium Husk)
– Salt (as per taste)
– Desi Ghee (for greasing mold)

👉 Optional Add-ons:
– Onion
– Tomato
– Green Chillies
– Extra spices

👨‍🍳 STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE

Step 1: Prepare Paneer
– Take room temperature paneer
– Pat dry properly using tissue or cloth
– Grate the paneer nicely

Step 2: Prepare Batter
– Add 1 big tsp Isabgol (Psyllium Husk)
– Add 1 tbsp curd
– Transfer mixture into a bowl
– Mix well using hands (no mixer needed)
💡 Consistency should be medium — not too watery, not too thick.

Step 3: Add Salt
– Add salt as per taste
– Mix properly

Step 4: Shape the Idli
– Shape the batter into idlis
– Heat water in idli steamer simultaneously

Step 5: Steam Idlis
– Grease mold lightly with desi ghee
– Place idlis in mold
– Steam for around 10 minutes
