700g Boneless & Skinless Chicken Breast (raw weight – butterfly & slice into 8 thin strips)
1 Tsp Salt, 1.5 Tsp Smoked Paprika, 1 Tsp Garlic Powder, 1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
200g Plain All Purpose Flour (not all of this gets used – approximately 10g – 15g sticks to each tender)
100g Potato Starch (not all of this gets used – approximately 5g – 8g sticks to each tender)

1 Cup Sparkling Water/Soda Water
Honey Garlic Sauce:
4 Minced Garlic Cloves
80ml Low Sodium Soy Sauce
80ml Water
10g Minced Ginger
40g Honey
1 Tsp Potato Starch Mixed With Water
