• Fresh coriander leafs ¼th cup
• Oil 2 tablespoon
• Fresh onion grind ½ cup
• Graham flour/ basin 1 cup
• Water 1 cup or as you required

Khandiyan Salan / Gravy Ingredients

• Fried onion 2 tablespoon
• Coriander powder 2 tablespoon
• Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
• Turmeric powder ½ tablespoon
• Salt 1 tablespoon
• Cumin seeds ½ tablespoon
• Oil ½ cup best mustered oil
• Yogurt ½ cup
• Water for gravy 1 cup
