VEGAN KETO FOOD SHOP + YOGA VLOG | HMFYOGA
Today started early by getting myself to a yoga class at a new yoga studio that’s opened in Bow E3 called Amino. It’s an absolutely beautiful yoga space and I can’t wait to go back tomorrow 🙂
The food shop arrived last night, so I went through the shop that is all vegan and suitable / cam fit a vegan keto diet. I show a food shop that is low in net carbs, but high in fat and from this vegan and keto food haul, you can make some great vegan keto recipes, meals and snacks. It just takes a little of being creative. More vegan keto recipes, snacks and meal ideas coming soon!
The rest of the day was spent filming yoga flows for this channel. I had 14 yoga practises to film, but managed to get 13 filmed and the thumbnails done…. Very very very grateful to have Richie helping me with this mammoth task this, but determined to make this work / prove to myself I can see something through!
The vegan keto cucumber and dairy free cream cheese snacks was the main thing I had all day, so dinner was vegan keto diet friendly, which was fried kale, avocado, fried vegan cheese and the Beyond Meat burgers…. I resent having to pay £5 for two burgers, but I forgot to mention they were worth everyday.single.penny. They are soooo nice for vegan burgers and I’m actually annoyed I like them because I think they are overpriced for a vegan burger.
