Macros: 450 cals | 40g protein
Serves: 4
What you need:
4 sourdough muffins
150g low-fat cottage cheese
200ml egg whites
100g bell peppers
90g mozzarella cheese
4 short-cut bacon strips
garlic powder
onion powder
salt
pepper
Optional: BBQ sauce
How to make:
Blend everything, then mix in the diced veg.
Spoon into muffin tins.
Top with bacon and cheese.
Bake at 180°C for 15–20 mins.
Cut into strips and enjoy.
