You DON’T want to make these…unless you want to forever be asked by your entire family to make these every week. I’m serious. But, here’s the ‘melt in your mouth’ balls recipe anyway:

Peanut Butter Chocolate Energy Balls:
124 calories each
3.8g Protein
14.7g Carbs
6.4g Fat
Yields 36 small balls

-2 cups protein oats
-1 cup mini chocolate chips
-1 cup peanut butter (avoid brands with extra oils)
-2/3 cup ground flax seed
-2/3 cup raw honey
-2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions:
1. Mix everything together.
2. Form into small balls using an ice cream scooper or spoon.
3. Store in freezer for 15-20 min before eating (don’t over freeze) or store in fridge for a couple hours.
