Easy breakfast recipe

Ingredients
1/2 tsp SALT
1/2 tsp RED CHILLI POWDER
1 ONION
1 TOMATO
1/2 CAPSICUM
2 GREEN CHILLIES
1/2 SOOJI OR SEMOLINA
1 CUP WATER
2-3 tsp OIL

PROCESS

Step 1 – Add 1 cup water to 1/2 cup SEMOLINA.
Step 2 – Add 1/2 tsp Salt and red chili powder. Mix it well and keep it aside till you chop the vegetables.
Step 3 – Chop all the vegetables in small sizes.
Step 4 – Mix the chopped vegetables with soaked SOOJI and keep it for 5 minutes.
Step 5 – Add oil to the pan in medium flame.
Step 6 – Pour the mix and spread it evenly.
Step 7 – Place the lid.
Step 8 – Take the lid off and flip the uttapam.
Step 9 – After 5 min flip it again and it is ready to eat.
