Perfect Weightloss Lunch Meal – Balanced Diet
1 bowl of Gheeya Chan dal
1 portion of high protein Mayo
1 portion of Sauté veggies
80 gm Steamed White Rice

This entire meal with give you approx 500 calories and is packed with 25G+ protein.

For high protein Mayo, you need
200 GM Fat free yogurt
180 GM Low fat paneer
Salt and pepper
2-3 tbsp water if needed

Blend everything to make the dressing and keep it in air tight container for 7-10 days in refrigerator.

For sauté veggies, simply saute veggies of your choice in 1 tsp oil, salt, pepper and oregano. I make a big batch during weekend meal prep and keep it with my meals during the week.
