Ingredients
For dhokla
1/4 cup ragi flour
1/4 cup suji/rava
5 Tbsp curd
6 Tbsp Beetroot
2 Tbsp carrot
Salt as per test
1 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp Eno fruit salt
As needed oil for greasing dish

For the tempering
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp black mustard seeds
5 to 6 curry leaves
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp sugar
