1 tbsp flax seed powder
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
You can add water if required

2 large tomatoes
4-5 garlic cloves
2 green chili
1/4 cup chopped raw mango
2 dates
1/4 tsp salt or as per taste
Fresh coriander

Water to cook soya chunks
1-2 tsp salt
40 gms soya chunks
1/2 cup soaked chana dal
1 green chilli
Small piece of ginger
1/2 tsp ajwain
2-3 tbsp water
Choice of veggies (zucchini/cucumber, carrot, French beans, onion, fenugreek leaves, fresh coriander)
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
Ghee/oil cook chilla

1 medium size diced onion

1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1/4 tsp Ajwain
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup gram flour
1/2 grated paneer
Juice of half lemon
Oil/ghee to cook cheela

1 cup dahi
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
3/4 to 1 cup Water
1 cup grated Lauki
2 tbsp grated Carrot

Small piece of ginger
1/4 cup grated paneer

1/4 tsp Baking soda
Oil to cook pancake

1 cup thick/hung Curd
1/4 cup grated Cucumber
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp Chili flakes
1 tsp Lemon juice

Rice cheela
1 cup raw rice
Water to wash and soak rice
1/2 cup water to blend rice
Choice of veggies (onion, tomato, capsicum, carrot, sweet corn, spring onion greens)
2 tbsp. curd
Salt as per taste
1 chopped green chili
1/2 tsp chili flakes or black pepper powder
1 tsp Oil/ghee
1 tsp mustard seeds
few curry leaves
Pinch of hing/asafoetida
1 tsp Pav bhaji masala
