Ingredients:
-2 lbs 96/4 Lean Ground Beef (906g raw)
-1500g Sweet Potatoes (Raw, 3-4 large)
-1 Large Onion (300g)
-1 Bell Pepper (300g)
-4 Tbsp Minced Garlic (30g)
-80g Ketchup
-20g Mustard
-40g BBQ Sauce
-50g Tomato Paste
-15g Worcestershire Sauce
-120g Low Sodium Beef Broth
-30g Brown Sugar Substitute
-1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
-1 Tbsp Onion Powder
-1 Tbsp Paprika
-1 Tbsp Salt
-2 tsp Black Pepper
-2 Cups Reduced-Fat Cheddar Cheese (224g)
-Olive Oil Spray

Instructions:
1.) Air fry diced sweet potatoes at 400°F for 25–35 mins, shaking occasionally, until crispy.
2.) Cook ground beef until halfway browned, then add onion and bell pepper; cook until softened.
3.) Stir in garlic, tomato paste, Worcestershire, sauces, seasonings, sweetener, and broth. Simmer 10–15 mins until thickened.
4.) Build 5 bowls with sweet potatoes, sloppy joe beef, and cheddar cheese.
5.) Store 4–5 days (freeze longer); reheat microwave or air fryer until warm.
