Muscle Mousse Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
4 scoops Muscle Mousse
250g Light Philadelphia
500g Quark
1/2 tsp Almond Extract
1/4 cup Sweetener

Base: 1 cup ground almonds & 2tbsp Agave or Honey

1. Mix base ingredients together (if you want a thicker base double the almonds)
2. Press in to bottom of cake tin (preferably one with a removable base)
3. Mix together cheesecake ingredients and taste to make sure you’re happy with it, then add it on top of the base.
4. Bake in oven set at 180° for 25mins. Keep an eye on it to make sure the top isn’t going brown. If this starts to happen cover the top or turn down the oven slightly.
5. Leave to cool in fridge for 4 hours before removing from tin and cutting
