4. Stir in the yogurt.
5. Add the oat flour and stir continuously until the water evaporates.
6. Knead the dough lightly on an oiled surface.
7. Divide into 6 pieces and shape into balls.
8. Flatten each piece between parchment paper.
9. Cook in a hot pan, flipping often until both sides are golden.
