🥪 Ingredients
• Brown bread (or any fresh bread)
• 100 grams paneer
• 2 tablespoons hung curd
• Cucumber slices
• 2 tablespoons grated carrot
• Fresh basil leaves
• Fresh coriander leaves
• Pickled jalapeños
• Cherry tomatoes for garnish
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
🥪 Method
1. Add hung curd, paneer, basil leaves, pickled jalapeños, salt, and pepper to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add grated carrot and chopped pickled jalapeños for extra crunch.
4. Mix everything well.
5. Remove the edges of fresh bread slices for a neat presentation.
6. Spread the prepared paneer mixture generously over the bread.
7. Arrange cucumber slices evenly on top.
8. Cover with another bread slice.
9. Cut into neat squares or triangles.
10. Garnish with cucumber slices and cherry tomatoes using toothpicks for an elegant tea-party presentation.
