Healthy Crispy Cajun Potatoes

1. Boil baby potatoes for 10 minutes.
2. Press them gently to flatten.
3. Shallow-fry on a tawa with very little oil until golden and crispy on both sides.

Healthy Creamy Sauce

* Soaked makhanas
* Soaked cashews
* Paneer
* Curd
* Garlic cloves
* Oregano
* Chili flakes
* Black pepper
* Salt
* A little ketchup

Blend everything into a smooth cream.

Assembly

* Arrange crispy potatoes on a plate.
* Pour the creamy sauce over them.
* Garnish with oregano, chili flakes, chopped onions, and fresh coriander.

Result: crispy, creamy, flavorful Cajun-style potatoes with much better nutrition and less oil than the restaurant version. ❤️
