mash up one drained tin of sardines and add:
-small garlic clove, minced
-juice of 1/2 – 1 lemon (or more to taste)
-1 tsp dijon mustard
-salt, pepper and any other seasonings you like
-hot sauce optional but i def recommend it, specifically @cloud23 sweet jalepeno
*you can also add a creamy element like mayo, some olive oil straight from the tin or a dash of other olive oil if you want it less fishy – i personally omit these to keep it lower calorie
