What’s for brunch. Today i m going to share with you how i spend the day on Friday’s preparing for the brunch, on a exotic island in Abu Dhabi. Well there is lots of things that needs to be done with the chef’s. We have many section from cold sections where we serve salads from around the world starting from the lebanese tabouleh, burrata salad, Parisian salad, Thai beef salad and many more. When it comes to bread we have a large variety and delicious breads that we do daily at 5:00 am. Mexican section, sushi section, barbecue section and great main courses from Marc’s short ribs to tortellini, Mediterranean sea bass and more. Finally not forgetting the sweet ending beautifully plated and certainly decadent. If you to come to Zaya Nurai island don’t forget to come to the kitchen say Hiii !!!
