Ingredients

Nachni Flour- 1 cup + some to aid rolling
Ripe bananas- 2 medium size
Butter- 1 tbsp
Salt- 2tsp
Baking powder- ½ tsp
Dark cooking chocolate(chopped)- 4 tbsp

Method

1) Take a bowl, add the nachni flour in it, add salt, baking powder, butter and mash the ripe bananas in it . Mix properly to form a dough.
2) Now make two portions of the dough, sprinkle some flour on the surface and roll the dough out ensuring even and uniform thickness. If you want to be precise, roll the dough to 1 mm thickness and then cut it into 1.5cm by 3cm rectangles.
3) Take one rectangle, place some chopped chocolate on it and cover it with another such rectangular piece. Seal the sides of these pockets properly and fork it at the sides.
4) Once done, place them on a lined baking tray and try arranging them properly.
5) Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
6) Remove when puffed up and baked perfectly.
7) Cool completely and serve as a fun tiffin snack.
