Ingredients: #Mushroom, #Rucola #salad, #lemon, #oliveoil, #grated #granpadano #cheese

1- Chop the mushrooms (Better, if you get already chopped ones)
! Tip: Never wash mushrooms.

2- Fry them until they get brown (5-7 minutes)

3- Add them on top of already washed rucola salad.

4-Add as much cheese as you like.

5- Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper
