Healthy Vegan Banana Muffins (Oil Free, No Flour)

I love banana muffins and wanted to make a recipe that needed no oil and no flour but be just as tasty ! These turned out amazing. They can also be made sugar free if you don’t add the chocolate chips. They taste delicious but no one would ever know that they are healthy.

▽▽ INGREDIENTS:

1.5 cup oat flour, 1 cup oats
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon

3 ripe bananas
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup almond milk
1/3 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup non dairy chocolate chips (optional)
Pinch of salt

Top with oats
Bake at 350 F for 20-25 mins
