Packed with the goodness of red pumpkin and a blend of wholesome flours, this turns out beautifully crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It is the perfect, filling breakfast or school tiffin option that comes together in less than 20 minutes!

INGREDIENTS:
PUMPKIN -HALF
ONION-1 NOS
CURRY LEAVES -8 to 10 leaves
Coriander -handful
cumin-1 tbs
Wheat flour-1 and half cup
jaggery -2 tbs
coconut-half cup
green chillies
: In a large bowl, combine the grated pumpkin, chopped onions, green chillies, coriander, and all the ingredients
Bind: Add the flours gradually. The pumpkin releases its own water, so according to that make slightly thick batter
Shape:Take a laddle full of the batter and pour over the greased tawa in round shape
Roast: Drizzle a little oil or ghee around the edges.
Serve: Cover and cook on a medium flame until both sides turn golden-brown and crispy!
Serve hot with a dollop of fresh homemade white butter, thick curd, or spicy green chutney!
